Drink plenty of water
Staying hydrated will help keep your skin moist and supple by reducing inflammation in the body. This will help in detoxification of your skin. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day (more if you’re exercising).
Applying moisturizer twice a day will not only restore moisture levels but also protect against environmental damage. Look for an oil-based formula that contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients, which will help repair damage from the inside out. Besides moisturizer, you can also use a cocoa butter lotion for keeping your moisture level up to the mark.
